Homemade H&C's Irish Cream (Long and Kibbey) Recipe

Miscellaneous Untried Recipes

This is from a collection of recipes from books I own, but which I haven't myself tried yet. However, you can have faith that at least the authors themselves have tried them, so they're not deadly or anything.

From Classic Liqueurs, by Cheryl Long and Heather Kibbey:

Place all ingredients in blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in refrigerator.

[Editor's note: treat it like milk - don't let it stay too long in the refrigerator, or it will go bad. And raw eggs can go very, very bad, even in whiskey.]
