Homemade Lime Liqueur (Gnoza) Recipe

From Andrew Gnoza, posted to news:rec.food.drink

Cut up 6 limes and place in a glass jar. Add 2 whole cloves, 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 7 ounces of clover honey, 12 ounces of 100 proof vodka. Shake to mix. Place in refrigerator for 15 days, stir every 3 days. Strain through a paper or cloth filter. Decant and serve.

A slice of pound cake, scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of this on top. Use a little of this in your gin and tonic when limes are too expensive in the winter.
